Dave Scott will once again be hosting a training camp in Henderson!!
The Nevada Silverman Triathlon is excited to announce that six-time Ironman World Champion Dave Scott will once again host a training camp at the Henderson Multigenerational Center August 1 – 3, 2008. The three-day camp will include in depth discussions and hands on training exercises with Dave Scott himself. This will give attendees the opportunity to learn more about triathlon training in one weekend than ever before. Scott will mainly focus on the Silverman half course and how to better prepare yourself for this grueling weekend. He will show first time triathletes and inexperienced competitors how they can conquer the Silverman half with the right training and motivation.
“We are excited to be able to once again offer this once in a lifetime training experience to our athletes,” said Lowery. “There is no one in the sport of triathlon with such a huge wealth of knowledge and Dave Scott is willing to share that with other athletes at his training camps. It is sure to once again be a fun and successful weekend.”
Registration for the Dave Scott training camp is limited and is $415 per attendee. This fee includes fitness assessments, all classroom sessions and materials, workout sessions and meals. Simply bring the motivation to train, a bike, a helmet, running shoes, swim cap and goggles and get ready for a weekend that will give you the knowledge and skill set to place you at the top of your game.
